The Team:
Global M Services is a strategic services organization that focuses on the delivery aspects of our customers' journeys, including Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support. Within this organization, the Ecosystem Consulting team plays a pivotal role. Our thought leaders possess deep product, technical, and domain expertise, concentrating on advising Global M implementations and driving product adoption for our partners and their end-customers.
The Role:
You will work closely with our partners and their end-customers, providing expert advisory services to facilitate digital transformation and expand Global M's global reach. As a Consultant, you'll be an integral member of our agile project teams, accelerating our partners' adoption of our Process Intelligence Platform. Your role involves understanding the strategic priorities of our partners' clients, performing data transformations, conducting analyses, and developing data-driven process insights using SQL and complex data models to maximize value.
You'll gain expertise in various business processes, including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. Continually leveraging the latest features and functionalities, such as Business Miner, OCPM, Process Sphere, and Machine Learning, you'll generate high-value use cases and ensure our partners and their customers stay at the forefront of innovation.
The qualifications you need:
You intrinsically possess a high level of vision and dedication. Your excellent analytical skills in concert with the ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management enable you to consult partners and customers in jointly generating business value.
- A strong ability in critical & strategic thinking and problem solving, helping you to quickly understand business problems and breaking them down into our requirements
- Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently
- In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management
- Prior experience in working with or at some of the world's largest global service integrators is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL; experience with other programming languages such as Python, R or MATLAB are highly desired
About the role:
