Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team. The Network Operations Center Analyst will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using various monitoring tools, analyzing network traffic patterns, and identifying potential issues. They will also be able to document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in detail.

In this role, you will work closely with other IT teams to coordinate responses to complex network issues. You will also participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 network support coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a NOC or similar IT support role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.
  • A strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports.
  • Clear communication with IT teams, end-users, and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
