Visual Communications Specialist

Job Role:
- Conceptualise and design captivating visual assets across digital and print formats, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
- Develop and execute creative ideas through collaboration with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs that exceed expectations.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality designs and efficient time management.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
- Expertise in video editing with After Effects and image editing with Illustrator & Photoshop.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work that highlights creative vision.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing designs.
- Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills to drive success.
