We're looking for a skilled and passionate AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our innovative solutions from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers researchers and other engineers.
  • Write clean well-documented and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI LLMs and agentic technologies.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen AG2 Langgraph Agno or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases e.g. Chroma Pinecone Weaviate.
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript Java or C#.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
