Job Title: AI/ML Lead Engineer

FyndBridge Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Lead Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI systems to enhance student learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and train AI models to interpret and analyze multimodal content, including text, diagrams, and visuals.
  • Train models using LoRA and other LLM training methods and iteratively refine them to enhance performance and accuracy.
  • Ensure that the data acquired meets the requirements for effective model training and is of high-quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize models while staying updated with the latest AI/ML advancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least 3 years of extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, with a focus on NLP and multimodal analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong academic foundation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, with a proven track record in leading complex AI projects.
  • Strong understanding of the strengths and limitations of different Visual and Language models and the ability to select the appropriate model for specific analytical tasks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
