We are looking for a creative and strategic professional to drive our digital presence and support our growth journey. As part of this role, you will be working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop a social media content strategy and calendar that aligns with business objectives.
    • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure all content reflects the company brand identity and storytelling.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around the company's projects.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong understanding of industry trends, research-driven, and adaptive to trying different strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting blogs will be part of the role). Don't worry, if you're not confident yet, you'll get to learn.
  • A strong sense of Instagram engagement, crafting funny, witty, and smart comments to boost organic reach on industry-related posts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • A creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • An entrepreneurial, go-getter, and ambitious mindset is a plus.
