Key Role: AI/ML Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive innovation in deep learning architectures, leveraging their expertise to develop and implement cutting-edge GPU-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in machine learning, particularly deep neural networks.

Our work involves designing and implementing ground-breaking GPU computers that run demanding deep learning, high-performance computing, and computationally intensive workloads.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement innovative deep learning architectures and algorithms for GPU-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Develop and optimize code for one or more deep learning frameworks, including Caffe, TensorFlow, or Torch.
  • Implement numerical analysis, performance analysis, model compression, and optimization techniques.
  • Work closely with data scientists to design and develop AI models that meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning, particularly deep neural networks.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and bash scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorRT, CuDNN, and HPC (MPI, OpenMP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker, Singularity, Shifter, Charliecloud.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing architectures and Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of cluster configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Salt.
