We are currently seeking a seasoned Automation Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our automation quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and nCino applications, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Automation Framework Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
- Automation Scripting: Create and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- End-to-End Testing: Perform thorough end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
- Salesforce Integration: Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
- Quality Metrics: Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
- Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
- nCino 201/301 certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred but not required.
