Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Leader to join our team at Colgate. As a Site Leader, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R) Standards across the site, driving digitalization and automation, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the rollout and implementation of FP&R Standards site-wide.
  • Participate in FP&R Assessments and drive visible leadership in driving FP&R and Operational Excellence.
  • Drive digital and analytics initiatives in the plant, including the implementation of new technologies.
  • Manage systems, including the development of a factory responsibility matrix, goal alignment activities, and the implementation of a system to ensure KPI performance is supervised and communicated.
  • Ensure the implementation of 5S and Visual Workplace standards, including the coordination of 5S implementation across all individual equipment, lines, tools, and production/general areas.
  • Partner with the site EOHS Leader and Technical Manager to ensure the Site Visual Workplace Plan includes all EOHS Standard and Quality Facility Standard performance expectations.
  • Coordinate Visual Workplace training and ensure the implementation of standard daily meetings, autonomous maintenance, and planned maintenance.
  • Partner with the Production Planner to ensure production schedules are derived from demand plans, production planning is completed using SAP PP/DS, and safety stock strategies are established for raw/ingredient and packing materials.
  • Drive the planning and execution of digitalization and automation initiatives under the digitalization and automation roadmap.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in operations management, supply chain, or a related field. A BE/B.Tech. or MBA in Operations/Supply Chain field will be preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, implementing process improvements, and driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
