Laboratory Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Facilitator to join our academic team.

• Deliver high-quality laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in Allied and Healthcare programs.
• Design, demonstrate, and assess practical skills aligned with curriculum standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring timely calibration and servicing for optimal performance.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and proper waste disposal practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate closely with academic faculty to align laboratory content with theoretical components of the course.
• Provide expert technical support to students during skill development and internal assessments.
• Prioritize participation in curriculum review and development of new laboratory manuals to enhance student learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in a laboratory/clinical setting or academic institution. Familiarity with regulatory standards and basic computer literacy is highly desirable.
