Job Description

As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of clinical team members engaged in patient care. You will work under the supervision of a Physician or provider to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and supervising clinical team members
  • Organizing and assigning duties and tasks to clinical team members
  • Establishing work schedules for clinical team members and requesting Floaters as needed
  • Monitoring daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Reviewing and correcting timesheets, responding to time off requests, and coordinating payroll for clinical team members
  • Maintaining attendance records and sending them to Human Resources department monthly
  • Evaluating performance of clinical team members and conducting verbal and written performance evaluations
  • Assisting with interviews and conducting orientation and training on clinical policies and procedures
  • Identifying and recommending solutions to clinical team member and office issues or problems
  • Ensuring high quality clinical care for patients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints
