Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards before release.

This involves creating comprehensive test strategies, developing scalable automation frameworks, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools, including Selenium, TestRail, and BrowserStack.
  • Ability to develop automation frameworks using languages such as Python and BDD frameworks.
  • Experience using test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Quality Center) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins.
  • Analytical and leadership abilities, including strong analytical skills for identifying defects, tracking metrics, and interpreting big-data testing results.

Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and design sessions, communicate status updates and coordinate with development, product, and business teams.
