Job Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to manage our company's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining office systems, networks, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Plan, implement, and manage the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Office Setup and Maintenance: Oversee the setup and maintenance of new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, and printer/scanner setup.
  • Technical Support & Helpdesk Oversight: Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Software and License Management: Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 5-10 years of experience in related field
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred)
  • Residency in Gurugram or readiness to relocate
