As a Sales Growth Strategist at Meril, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the IVD market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage distributor performance and support their sales efforts.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data and forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- 27 years of sales experience in the IVD / Medical Devices / Diagnostics industry.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
