Metabolite Identification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Metabolite Identification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, performing, and interpreting metabolite identification studies in vitro and in vivo.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drug metabolism principles and pathway, as well as experience with regulatory documentation and submissions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and drive innovation.

  • Design and perform metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques.
  • Analyze complex data sets and structural interpretation for Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, and reports to support various regulatory and non-regulatory submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in metabolite identification, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of DMPK concepts, including large molecule and ADC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the group in internal and external meetings.
