Senior Design Professional

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team. This is a key role that will involve overseeing high-scale projects from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project designs, detailed drawings, and presentation materials to ensure quality and compliance with timelines.
- Support senior architects in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining open communication with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and resolve design or technical issues effectively.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals during the construction phase to guarantee adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Contribute to design discussions, provide innovative solutions, and coordinate with internal teams across all project stages.
- Present design ideas and manage technical + design detailing for successful project outcomes.
- Participate in coordination meetings to ensure timely project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape & presentation tools to effectively manage project tasks.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to lead junior team members and drive project success.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in architectural design firms.
