The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst is a key role within the Finance team, responsible for providing insightful analysis and support to management. This position requires a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes and tools.
- Provide regular financial analysis and insights to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial plans and results.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial planning and analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
