About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Professor to join our faculty at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management in Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and contributing to the growth and development of our School of Computing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command on subject knowledge – core and new age Computer Science subjects, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and decision-making abilities. They should be able to engage students constructively and possess a dynamic, energetic, team-player persona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and conduct courses as per syllabus and ordinance issued by the university from time to time.
  • Design, develop, and deliver a range of programs of study at various levels.
  • Conduct research and publish papers in SCI journals or UGC/AICTE approved list of journals.
  • Guide junior faculty members and ensure discipline and welfare of students.
Requirements
  • B.E./B.Tech/B.S. & M.E./M.Tech/M.S. & PhD – IT/CSE subjects from Top-tier Institutes & reputed universities like IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISc etc. and throughout first class.
  • +10 years of experience in teaching/research out of which 3 years at Associate Professor.
  • At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals and guided 2 PhD students as Supervisor / Co-supervisor is highly desirable.
