Senior Visual Design Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our brand.

You will be responsible for developing logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines that will be used across all marketing channels.

Additionally, you will craft multi-channel campaign assets with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling, as well as create packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups.

You will also build client-ready pitch decks and case studies that look as good as they read, plan and oversee shoots (photo/video), moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers/retouchers.

As a Senior Visual Design Leader, you will ensure color accuracy, print specs, bleed, overprint, and imposition are on point, and coordinate with vendors for proofing.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Develop logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign & Content: Craft multi-channel campaign assets with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.
  • Packaging & Retail: Create packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups.
  • Decks & Presentations: Build client-ready pitch decks and case studies.
  • Art Direction: Plan and oversee shoots (photo/video), moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers/retouchers.

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio spanning brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social (web work showcased too).
  • Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).
  • Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory—the classics.
  • Working knowledge of web basics (responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).
  • Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
