Job Description

Job Title: WPF Dotnet Developer

Location: Pune/Hyderabad

Total Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant Experience: 2 Years)

Primary Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in developing desktop applications using WPF and C#.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and XAML for UI design.
  • Solid grasp of the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern and its implementation in WPF applications.
  • Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core development.
  • Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM for database operations.
  • Hands-on experience with LINQ, async/await, and Task-based programming.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming in desktop applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and maintain WPF-based desktop applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate user requirements into interactive and efficient applications.
  • Implement modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces (UI) using WPF and MVVM architecture.
  • Work on bug fixes, performance tuning, and feature enhancements for existing applications.
  • Optimize code for performance and ensure the application's responsiveness and stability across devices.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools where necessary.

Secondary Skills

  • Experience using .NET (4.5+ | Core).
  • Experience in developing (ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, LINQ) applications.
  • Build new applications with .NET core (ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, EF-Core, LINQ)
  • Good Understanding on Micro-Service Architecture model.
  • Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding
  • Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.
  • Use and adapt existing web applications.
  • Senior knowledge of Entity Framework 6.* | EF Core | ADO.NET
