Tower Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, estimating, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Calculations: Prepare detailed calculations, structural analysis, and drawings in compliance with international standards.
  • Estimation and Planning: Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Tendering and Client Coordination: Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).
