Job Role- We lead the design, build, and testing of solutions across Record to Report.
- Our team organises and coordinates design workshops, establishes testing scope and test scripts.
- We create key project documents including Test Scripts, User Manuals, and Training Guides.
- Maintaining strong relationships between business SMEs and Technology colleagues ensures that design requirements are understood and functional specifications accurately converted into detailed technology specifications.
- Working closely with the Workstream Lead, we agree priorities, manage key design, build, and test deliverables, ensuring delivery of a fully tested solution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Transformation and particularly Record to Report is essential.
- The ability to independently work, provide solutions, complete configurations, and take up implementation responsibilities.
- Experience working through complex requirements to establish options for feasible workarounds and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- The ability to bridge business requirements into technical specifications through the design process.
- Extensive experience of system implementation life cycle and phases, including various key documents to be prepared.
