Solar Energy Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in delivering community-powered solar solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-level technical support to installation companies/customers/manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, RMA's).
- Handle and log all technical calls/emails.
- Perform installation quality checks & collect installer feedback.
- Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests.
- Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.
- Track post-installation smart meter applications.
- Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy preferred.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Engineering/Technical Support/Service Engineer background.
- Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office.
- Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, flexible with hours.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the solar industry and be proficient in CRM tools and MS Office. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
