Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data expert to spearhead the analysis of large datasets and develop predictive solutions.

  • Design and deploy machine learning models that address business challenges such as customer insights, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
  • Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to projects involving language model applications as needed.

A strong foundation in statistics is essential, including experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and time series analysis. You should be able to explain when and why to use different statistical tests.

Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models for regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting is required. Familiarity with optimizing hyperparameters, handling class imbalance, and dealing with feature drift in production is also necessary.

Experience with neural networks beyond tutorials is required, including custom architectures, loss functions, and optimization strategies for specific business problems.

Proficiency in Python is necessary, along with advanced usage of the Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn stack. Experience with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch preferred, TensorFlow acceptable) is also required.

Understanding of version control, code reviews, and collaborative development practices is crucial. Proficiency in profiling, vectorization, and handling large datasets is highly desirable.

Familiarity with language models and their integration with APIs is a plus, as well as experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and customization of language models.
