Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled software engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations with various Property Management Systems (PMS) and third-party platforms. As an integral part of our product development team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable integration solutions and ensuring system stability and performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations with PMS and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and optimize the integration pipeline to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Understand downstream systems and architect scalable integration solutions.
  • Engage with PMS partners to identify new features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Continuously improve backend infrastructure, automate tasks, and set best practices for integrations.
  • Monitor and track integration status, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in backend web development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and experience working with NestJS or similar backend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and its paradigms.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing at every level.
  • Strong understanding of API development, including RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with message queues and pub-sub architectures.
  • Familiarity with databases and ORM frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Git and development tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to test and validate code.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems and optimizing data flow.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in frontend development using React or other frameworks.
  • Experience working in the hospitality tech industry or with PMS integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and infrastructure automation.
