We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to create captivating visual experiences for our organization.

This role involves designing original animated content, adapting visual elements to fit brand guidelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Motion Graphics Creation:
  • Design visually stunning motion graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Provide creative input, constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
  • Passion for design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
