Job Title:

Senior Cyber Security Manager

Description:

This role involves overseeing the implementation of information security and compliance measures, ensuring alignment with cyber security best practices and industry standards. The position requires regular reviews of policies and processes, proactive assessments of technology capabilities, and assurance on new and existing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular reviews of policy and process in line with cyber security best practices and industry standards
  • Pro-actively assess cyber technology capabilities including tools and technologies
  • Ensure security assurance on new and existing applications (on-prem and cloud-based)
  • Develop and publish regular dashboards and management reports
  • Manage internal and external reporting as well as various functional dashboards
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely availability of required inputs
  • Track and report sub-functional planned activities to higher management
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Information Security and Compliance, Risk Frameworks
  • Familiarity with current best practice management tools and techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Networking, Systems, Voice, and business applications
Process Specific Skills:
  • Domain understanding of IT outsourced business model
  • Able to manage project tasks individually and as a team
  • Ability to document and explain technical details concisely
  • Effective communication at all levels within EXL and client organizations
Soft Skills:
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to connect with global customers and work with global teams
