To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from a reputable institution.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software/Backend Engineer, preferably in Python.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and scalability principles.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, including AWS, and expertise in microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in CI/CD environments, Infrastructure as Code development, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
