We obsess over data to measure our performance against customer and business expectations, using it to build our backlog and inform where we should focus our development efforts. We value agile delivery practices and continually evolve and review our processes.

As an OTT UI Engineer with us, you will work on building high-quality, scalable, and reusable UI components using React and RxJS. You will ensure the implementation of responsive and accessible UI designs across multiple devices, collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces, and optimize UI rendering performance for smooth video playback and user interactions.

You will also identify and resolve bottlenecks related to memory, processing, and network latency, ensuring that video playback UI components work seamlessly across different devices and network conditions. Additionally, you will implement and manage state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or other suitable libraries, utilize RxJS for efficient handling of asynchronous events and reactive data streams, and maintain unidirectional data flow patterns for predictable UI behavior.

You will work closely with backend developers, video engineers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end functionality of OTT applications, collaborate with data analysts to integrate analytics and user behavior tracking, participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team, and implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain high-quality standards.
