Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads. Tailor designs to meet project-specific requirements.
  • Design Tool Mastery: Work with industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva to produce high-quality graphics.
  • Video Editing and Animation: Assist with video editing tasks such as trimming, adding transitions, and creating animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Contribute to motion graphic projects for engaging social media campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with marketers, writers, and designers to brainstorm ideas and execute projects. Participate actively in team meetings, offering creative input and new perspectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Help maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials, from logo placement to color schemes. Support in building brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in visual representation.
  • Campaign Creativity: Assist in creating social media banners, email headers, infographics, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns. Experiment with trending design styles to keep campaigns fresh and appealing.
  • Industry Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and evolving aesthetics. Contribute to mood boards and visual concepts that set the tone for creative projects.
  • User Experience Design: Learn to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience. Assist with optimizing website visuals, layouts, and mobile-friendly content.
  • Quality Control: Review designs to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality. Identify and resolve minor issues before submission.
