Lead a high-impact fundraising strategy for a not-for-profit organization in India.

Build and scale the organization's volunteer-powered peer-to-peer fundraising program, face-to-face fundraising program, and develop strategies to secure institutional funding through philanthropic and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) donations and government grants.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or non-profit volunteer engagement, with a proven track record of securing grants or corporate partnerships in the non-profit sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Peer-to-Peer Volunteer Fundraising Program (Primary Focus - 40%): Manage the fundraising activities of up to 6,000 volunteers per year as part of the organization's iMPACT365 program.
  • Face-to-Face Fundraising Program (30%): Design and manage a high-impact face-to-face fundraising strategy to acquire new monthly donors in public spaces.
  • Institutional Fundraising & Donor Development (20%): Identify and apply for CSR opportunities, philanthropic foundation grants, and international funding aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Government Grant Acquisition (10%): Monitor and pursue relevant government grant opportunities at the national, state, and local level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing volunteer onboarding, training, and performance tracking systems tailored to peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Designing and managing a high-impact face-to-face fundraising strategy to acquire new monthly donors in public spaces.
  • Drafting and submitting high-quality proposals, presentations, and progress reports to institutional donors.
  • Maintaining relationships with key officials and program officers.
  • Ensuring grant deliverables and reporting deadlines are met.
