
Engineering Leadership Position

About a top industrial automation company, we are seeking an experienced leader to head our service division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operations & Service Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics systems.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations, including SOPs for onboarding and field operations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical leadership on complex mobile robotics systems, sensors, actuators, and field instrumentation.
- Customer Success & Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for high-value clients post-deployment, fostering long-term relationships.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
Role Expectations:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 12+ years progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Ideal candidate has deep experience in automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket services, with a proven track record in customer success, delivery operations, and account management.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems, product ecosystems, and various relevant technologies like sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Requisites: Preferably currently working in the automotive industry.
