The organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position as a MS Dynamic 365 Technical Consultant/Developer. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Designing, developing, and implementing business processes, plugins, and workflows using Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Developing custom entities and relationships between those entities.
  • Experience in handling multiple business units with data segregation and cross BU access/roles.
  • Developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance for Case creation, Case status update, Add Comment, Upload Screenshots and knowledge Management integrating SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing and implementing business processes, plugins and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Strong hand on experience in developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance for Case creation, Case status update, Add Comment, Upload Screenshots and knowledge Management integrating SharePoint.
  • Experience in software development using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON and jQuery.
  • Experience in Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context and Model-driven apps.
  • Strong Hand on experience in Scheduled Reports, Custom SSRS reports with multiple data sources (external & internal).
  • Experience in developing automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Bonus Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights, AI Powered Dashboards, AI Predictive analytics and other AI-driven insights is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Power BI Dashboards & Reports is a plus.

Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, and report to the project manager and technical lead. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile/Scrum based process implementation using tools like Azure DevOps with pipeline automation for CI/CD.
