Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and frameworks in software development, investigating their applicability to our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build prototypes, developing proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate new approaches.
- Design and implement algorithms for complex problems, optimizing existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
- Engage in research collaboration with academia, industry partners, and research institutions, publishing findings in conferences and journals.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior researchers and engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

- B. Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong background in at least one emerging technology domain (e.g., AI, IoT, AR/VR).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Java, etc.), excellent problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
