Senior Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the primary liaison for clients and investors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication to meet their needs.
  • This role involves onboarding, managing, and nurturing relationships with high net worth (HNI) and ultra HNI clients, delivering tailored investment solutions.
  • The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector to drive portfolio growth.
  • We require the development and analysis of financial models, cash flow projections, and investment evaluations for developer portfolios, projects, and specific transactions.
  • High-quality presentation materials and supporting documentation must be prepared for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth research on market trends, pricing, competition, and recent transactions within the real estate industry is necessary to inform strategic decisions.

About You:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from a top-tier college or university; an MBA or CA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in banks, NBFCs, or real estate finance.
  • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in analyzing complex datasets.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-profile clients and stakeholders.
