Site Coordination:

  • Inspect the site regularly to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.
Process Implementation:
  • Standardize procedures for supervisors to streamline workflows and minimize delays.
  • Ensure that supervisors maintain accurate daily site reports and documentation.
  • Assist in refining and improving processes for better efficiency and performance.
Client & Vendor Liaison:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site-related discussions with clients and vendors.
  • Communicate client preferences and ensure they are implemented accurately.
  • Oversee vendor coordination to ensure material and service delivery meets project needs.
Training & Development:
  • Identify gaps in team skills and organize training to improve performance.
  • Encourage a learning environment within the team to foster continuous improvement.
