Student Experience and Wellbeing Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our student experience and wellbeing agenda across campus.

The ideal candidate will champion student engagement, welfare, and campus life initiatives while designing and delivering cutting-edge wellness, mental health, co-curricular, and leadership programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion student engagement, welfare, and campus life initiatives.
  • Design and deliver innovative wellbeing, mental health, co-curricular, and leadership programmes.
  • Act as a mentor and advocate for student needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and vibrant campus.
  • Build strategic partnerships with external agencies and industry to enhance student support.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) with at least 15 years' experience in higher education or student affairs, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successful student engagement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
