Data Tester Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Data Tester to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a critical data migration initiative in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to execute end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines and data warehouse migrations.
  • The ideal candidate will monitor and troubleshoot scripts across AWS environments.
  • They should also validate QuickSight dashboards and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaboration with engineering and leadership is necessary to ensure seamless data flow and visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in AWS services, including Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, EventBridge, Batch Jobs, and QuickSight is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, including joins, subqueries, and analytical functions is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency in RDBMS, such as MySQL and Oracle SQL, and SSIS.
  • Familiarity with UNIX commands for log analysis and job monitoring, with experience using RedShift is required.
  • Experience writing test automation scripts for data pipelines is a must.
