Leading Landscape Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead and manage projects of varying scale and complexity, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality landscape designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders through effective communication and project management skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the environment.
- Apply current design standards, guidance, and good working practices to the design of external spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, contracts, and tendering procedures.
- Proactively address problems and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent from an accredited program.
- 5-12 years of professional experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects.
- Proficiency in key software, including Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and associated software.
- Knowledge of BIM and its application in landscape architecture.
- Additional software skills such as Dynamo, Lumion, Navis Works.
