Enterprise Software Development Lead

  • Overview:
  • This is a leadership position that oversees the design, development and deployment of enterprise-level web applications.
  • As Enterprise Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical direction, ensuring best practices and providing mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Key Responsibilities include: Leading technical direction and design of complex web applications; providing guidance and support to a team of full-stack developers; conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core (Version 5.0 onwards) including experience designing and leading backend services;
  • Extensive experience developing, designing and optimizing RESTful Web APIs;
  • Strong proficiency in React.JS (Version 16.0 onwards), with experience in leading frontend architecture and complex component development;
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript (ES6+);
  • In-depth experience with SQL Server (2017 onwards), including schema design, performance tuning and complex query optimization;
  • Proven experience with NoSQL Databases and understanding of their appropriate use cases;
  • Experience with Database Migration, particularly using a Code-First approach;
  • Extensive experience leading teams within Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Demonstrable experience driving TDD / BDD and implementing robust Unit Testing strategies at a team level;
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with DevOps Processes, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and management;
  • Practical experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for deployment and scaling.
Requirements:
  • 9-10 years of professional experience in enterprise software design and development, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior capacity;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
