Job Description

We seek a skilled technology professional to lead complex application development projects. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.

This role requires strong analytical, design, and coding skills, as well as the ability to implement systematic solutions that adhere to industry standards.

Developers in this position will analyze customer needs, design and code software solutions, test, and implement these solutions to ensure they meet the required service levels, system availability, performance, and quality levels.

Additionally, this role may involve mentoring less experienced team members.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of application enhancements, as well as provide general production support.
  • Utilize the full system development life cycle, adhering to current industry standards.
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements driving analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Provide required technical support, including release implementations, on-call, and 24x7 support when necessary.
  • Perform work in compliance with all relevant industry standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively participate on project teams in various project roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management.
Role-Specific Expectations:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Java/Spring development.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture with REST API.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps tools like Git, Gradle is mandatory.
  • Designed and deployed a microservices application from scratch.
  • Knowledge of Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Handled NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) development.
  • Good communication skills are essential as the role requires interaction with architects.
  • Basic knowledge in Python is an added advantage.
  • Performed design patterns for developing web applications and integrated front-end/back-end applications.
  • Knowledge of Cloud SDK in GCP is preferred and experience in GCP tools like Cloud Run, Firestore, App Engine, Cloud Functions.
  • Participated in code review and design review for team deliverables.
  • Experience in analyzing SonarQube static code analysis is a must for this role.
