Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive product development projects from concept to launch in the HVAC industry.

The ideal candidate will have a background in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as strong analytical skills and experience working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HVAC R component and overall design and development
  • Analyzing customer inputs, requirements, specifications, and implementing designs
  • Designing heat exchangers, refrigeration cycles, and their balancing for new product concepts
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary Skill Set: Knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning cycles, thermodynamics, and related components
  • Ability to work independently on designs based on inputs given by supplier engineers
  • Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors for design closure
