As an Art Director at VML, you will work closely with agency partners and internal resources to align on a creative direction and deliver high-quality assets. Your expertise will be essential in designing various marketing materials to support digital marketing and brand management efforts, as well as creating impactful consumer-facing communication materials across digital channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to develop a creative vision and deliver assets that meet client expectations.
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including digital marketing and brand management assets, to support campaigns.
  • Create visually engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop creative assets for online advertising, paid search, and other paid media channels.
  • Manage agency partners and vendors to ensure design and quality standards are met, deadlines are met, and budget requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in innovative digital design with a proven track record of developing leading brands.
  • Ability to blend creativity with efficiency and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities.
