Job Role: Financial Due Diligence Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of target companies, including reviewing historical trading performance, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Evaluate projections and underlying assumptions, identifying key issues related to the deal and assessing their impact on valuation and price consideration.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the due diligence process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial due diligence, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
