Airline Expert

We are revolutionizing the luxury travel experience with AI-powered design and deep personalization. As an Airline Expert, you will oversee end-to-end flight bookings, complex itineraries, and high-touch support for discerning clients.

1. Manage flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
2. Handle intricate multi-city, international, and round-the-world itineraries.
3. Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
4. Action Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure comprehensive documentation across systems.
5. Coordinate fare optimization, refunds, and fare disputes directly with airline partners.
6. Oversee special service requests: seat preferences, unaccompanied minors, meals, medical needs, and urgent ticketing issues.
7. Lead Debit Memo Management: Investigate and respond to Debit Memos with speed and accuracy, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce Debit Memo occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
9. Oversight of Business Support Program (BSP) and American Airlines Resolution Center (ARC) workflows with precision - from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in flight ticketing for high net worth individuals, travel agencies, online travel agencies, or corporate desks.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS.
• Deep understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning.
• Expertise with BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing.
• IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification is mandatory.
• Polyphonic verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
• Bonus points for experience in luxury travel, private aviation, or VIP ticketing.
