We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the development of our web applications from scratch, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of React.js, JavaScript, and Frontend technologies, with a strong focus on performance optimization techniques and web security best practices.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and provide timely execution of projects.

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing high-quality web applications using React.js and related technologies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Maintaining clear and concise documentation of technical specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1-5 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a significant focus on React.js
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of the React library and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of Frontend technologies, CDNs, Load Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web security best practices
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in FinTech
  • Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js or backend frameworks like Express, Django or Rails
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, and popular UI component libraries
  • Experience with Full Stack development
  • Contributed to open-source projects
  • Contributed to React Native development
