Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
A key role in ensuring quality standards in the fabrication and erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect raw materials, components, and structures for adherence to specifications and codes.
- Conduct quality checks on welding, bolting, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Perform dimensional inspections of built-up sections and assemblies.
- Monitor surface preparation, blasting, and painting/coating quality.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control in PEB/Steel Structure fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication and erection processes, welding, and painting/coating standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This position is responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality of PEBs throughout their lifecycle. It requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, quality control procedures, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
