Senior AV Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior AV Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and engineer advanced audiovisual solutions using CAD tools.
  • Apply mechanical and electrical engineering concepts to AV system integration.
  • Develop costing, estimation, and pricing strategies for AV projects.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners for solutions, product selection, and compliance with specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AV technologies and apply them to projects.
  • Support commercial negotiations, vendor discussions, and bidding strategies in coordination with the sales and pre-sales team.
  • Test, validate, and provide technical support during solution implementation.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AV Design Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Pro AV systems, signal flow, and integration practices.
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
  • Experience in project costing, estimation, and vendor/OEM coordination.
  • Awareness of latest AV technologies, products, and industry standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to support negotiations and bid preparation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, OEMs, and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/IT) or related field.
  • CTS certification or knowledge of global AV standards preferred but not mandatory.
