Project Lead: Software Development Initiative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Lead to drive successful software development initiatives from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables. This includes facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams, and creating detailed project plans and timelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure seamless delivery
  • Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications
  • Establish and implement process improvements and best practices for development workflows
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments. Strong experience with agile methodologies, advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms, and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects are essential.
