OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

This role is to help in governance of the projects in the Intellectual Property vertical, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Law / Science / Arts
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management Office experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and run the Managed Services Project Management Office, fostering collaboration and productivity
  • Assist Project Managers in documenting and tracking project activities, enhancing transparency and accountability
  • Track time spent on project activities and report periodically, providing valuable insights for future improvements
  • Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting, ensuring everyone is on the same page
  • Monitor matter communications (emails, meetings, calls), maintaining effective communication channels
  • Develop and maintain a reporting program for team performance, driving continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple projects with inter dependencies, demonstrating expertise in project management

  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing work requirements, managing workload and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IP domain, leveraging knowledge and expertise
  • Experience working directly with functional and technical resources, building strong relationships
  • Strong mastery of metrics and data reporting, providing actionable insights
